CUSD 305 Confirms First Positive COVID-19 Case
In a letter to families over the weekend, Superintendent Shannon Cheek confirmed that an individual(s) at the Arthur Grade School had tested positive for COVID-19.
According to Cheek the District is coordinating efforts with the local health Department to promptly identify and monitor individuals who have had recent contact with the COVID-19 positive individual(s) to prevent further spread within the school and community.
The District is following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the state and local health departments for best practices and procedures to protect everyone’s health.
