Alvin G. Miller
Alvin G. Miller, 51, of LaGrange, Indiana died at 1:30 am on Monday, April 18, in Tijuana Mexico, where he was for cancer treatments.
He was born on February 20, 1971 in Tuscola, Illinois, to Gideon Ray and Verna (Plank) Miller. On November 27, 1992 in Millersburg, Indiana he married Linda S. Mast, she survives.
Survivors in addition to his wife are six sons, Samuel Miller of Vienna, IL, Jonathon Dean Miller of Sturgis, KY, Galen Miller of Goshen, Andrew Miller of Sturgis, KY, Myron Miller of Sturgis, KY, and Philip Miller at home; six daughters, Sharon Miller of Mattoon, IL, Treva Ann Miller of Meyersdale, PA, Ruth Elaine Miller of Arthur, IL, Elizabeth Miller of Arthur, IL, and Marlene and Margaret Miller at home; a granddaughter, Hannah Rose Miller; seven brothers, Dennis (Miriam) Miller of Tuscola, IL, Larry (Esther Fern) Miller of Tuscola, IL, Marion (Ruby) Miller of Vienna, IL, Glenn (Becky) Miller of Vienna, IL, Herbert (Irene) Miller of Arthur, IL, Perry (Anna Marie) Miller of Sullivan, IL, Jacob (Mary) Miller of Mattoon, IL; four sisters, Edna Irene Miller of Humboldt, IL, Mary (Elmer) Herschberger of Lovington, IL, Lorene (Willard) Herschberger of Sullivan, IL, Martha Ann (Raymond) Beachy of Humboldt, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a stillborn brother; two nephews and nieces.
Alvin was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He was a Natural Health Consultant and Massage Therapist.
Visitation will be after 12:00 noon on Saturday, April 23, and all day Sunday, April 24, at the Reuben Wickey residence 0235 N. 400 E. LaGrange, Indiana. Funeral services will be at 9:30 am on Monday, April 25, at the David Schwartz residence 0380 N. 400 E. LaGrange, Indiana.
Services will be conducted by Bishop Maynard Miller and the home ministers. Burial will be in Bloomfield Hill Cemetery, LaGrange.
