Moss and Lady Warriors are on a roll; 24-2 overall

Tuscola’s state-ranked girls basketball team is on a roll.

They’re heading toward their final two games of the regular season this week and, hopefully, an extended postseason run, riding a five-game winning streak. Leading the way is senior scoring leader Sydney Moss, who added 22 more points to her season stat sheet in a gritty 46-39 win over a good Decatur St Theresa squad. Coach Tim Kohlbecker boasts a well-rounded team that leans on its defensive backbone and against the Bulldogs, they flexed their muscles once more, swiping over 20 steals on their way to forcing nearly 30 turnovers.
