Warrior Josiah Hortin racks up 47 points in three games

Senior Josiah Hortin led the way this past week for Tuscola’s boy’s basketball team, scoring 47 points in a three-game swing, helping hand Coach Justin Bozarth the squad’s 20th win of the season en route to a third-place finish at the Central Illinois Conference tournament.

The Warriors played the first two games shorthanded without senior Jordan Quinn dominating 63-34 in a run-away win against Central A&M in the opener before falling 52-47 to Shelbyville in their second pool play game, garnering a spot in the third-place game
