LONG JUMP FIRST PLACE
Freshman, Landon Waldrop, of the Arthur Lovington Atwood Hammond Knights track team leaps high in the long jump at the quadrangular meet held at Warrensburg-Latham High School last Friday, May 21. Landon’s best jump of the meet was 5.95meters or 19’ 5”, and earned him a first place in the event. The boys competing in this meet were the sprinters and field event athletes as the girls were at a meet in Unity and the distance runners would compete on Saturday, May 22 in a meet at Morton.
