The Villa Grove Blue Devils used a punishing ground game, led by Gunner Cline’s 156 yards on 16 carries, and timely passing from Layne Rund (9-16 for 181 yards and 2 TD’s) to secure a 55-12 homecoming win over Cerro Gordo Bement on Friday, September 29.
