DAR members learn about EIASE services, WWII piano drops and Chief Shabonee
Stephen A. Douglas Chapter, NSDAR April speaker, Heather Hughes, representing EIASE (Eastern Illinois Area Special Education) explained to the group that EIASE is one arm of LIFE (Learning Independence and Fostering Excellence) Academy for special education students in Mattoon. [The Student LIFE Academy serves children ages pre-K–18; the Adult LIFE Academy serves students ages 18–21.]
