Tinnon appointed chief to succeed Goodman

Arthur Police Chief Michael Goodman’s official letter of resignation was read at the Arthur Village Board meeting held on Aug. 5. Goodman came to work for the police department in 1994 and has served as Chief since 1997. His last day of work will be Sept. 20.
