ALAH hires new Assistant Principal and Athletic Director

Arthur Lovington Atwood Hammond High School is pleased to announce that Nathan Seal has accepted the position of Assistant Principal and Athletic Director.

Following an intense search, Arthur Lovington Atwood Hammond High School is pleased to announce that Nathan Seal has accepted the position of Assistant Principal and Athletic Director.

He is a graduate of Illinois State University and Eastern Illinois University and has an enormous passion for education with a strong background in teaching and coaching.

Prior to coming to ALAH, he taught social studies for over 20 years at Mahomet-Seymour High School and coached girls basketball, soccer, cross-country, and track.

Seal believes that academic and athletic success cannot be achieved without collaboration. He encourages all of his students and athletes to not only apply determination and hard work to their lives, but also to be good teammates and care for others.  Seal works to help build a community of learning and a deep sense of school pride for all stakeholders.

Nathan and his wife Adrienne have two children, son Clay a sophomore and daughter Claire a freshman.
