Three compete for Junior Miss; four for Little Miss
The Miss A.L.A.H. Pageant will be held Saturday evening, Feb. 22, at Penn Station in downtown Arthur. The pageant begins at 6 p.m. with the doors opening at 5:30. Children under five will be admitted free. Emma McClain, 2020 and 2021 Miss A.L.A.H., will serve as emcee for the evening.
The reigning 2024 Miss A.L.A.H., Chloe Sadowski of Arthur, daughter of Devon and Erin Miller of Arthur, will pass her crown and title of 2025 Miss A.L.A.H. to one of five contestants. Contestants include Brookelynn Peeler, daughter of Jeffrey Peeler and Caitlin Schwass of Atwood, Alexis Meyers, daughter of Amanda Meredith of Arthur, Shelbey Grimsley, daughter of Justin and Tiffany Grimsley of Arthur, Maggie Benedict, daughter of Jerod and Christy Benedict of Atwood, and Micaela Perez, daughter of Carlos and Trinity Rodriguez of Arthur.
Appearing for the last time as 2024 Junior Miss A.L.A.H., Layla Beck, daughter of Bobby and Erin Beck of Atwood, will crown her successor to one of three young ladies. Contestants include Bentley Parsons, daughter of Jon and Angie Parsons of Hammond, Kyndrie Carter, daughter of JJ and Erica Carter of Arthur, and Briana Calvillo, daughter of Luzmila Guzman of Arthur.
The current Little Miss A.L.A.H. Reese Wierman will make her final appearance as 2024 Little Miss. She is the daughter of Justin and Andrea Wierman of Atwood. She will relinquish her title to one of four candidates. They are Helena Benner of Atwood, daughter of Cory and Ashley Benner, Caroline Fleming of Atwood, daughter of Mitch and Lesley Fleming, Sydney Cherry of Atwood, daughter of Ryan and Paige Cherry, and Arabella Ashworth, daughter of Summer Butterick.
