MT. ZION – The Arcola girls’ track team placed seventh in four events last Thursday in the Mt. Zion meet that included 17 teams.

Earning seventh in the 200 was Ema Simpson with a time of 28.48, while Crystal Ramirez earned seventh in the high jump at 4-8 ¾. Jaiden Miller was seventh in the long jump going 14-7 ¾.

The 4×200 relay team of Simipson, Ramirez, Reel and Amyara Leal placed seventh with a time of 1:57.97.
