Lloyd Johnson to celebrate 90th birthday with surprise party

Hello Friends! I don’t know if you know this guy!

Some know him as Lloyd, to some its “Smokey Johnson”, to some it the guy who drives 25 mph on the hard road, to me its grandpa, Lloyd Johnson!

He turns 90 soon and we are throwing him a SURPRISE party at The Bement American Legion on May 31 at 2 pm!
