The Arcola City Council allocated $170,000 of additional funds for the downtown project at their meeting on Monday night.
The Council also approved an ordinance for a TIF redevelopment agreement with Angelfish Properties LLC.
Apart from the new agenda items, the Council approved the minutes, bills, treasurer’s report, and zoning officer’s report.
There was a water and sewer committee meeting before the regular meeting, but was in executive session for it’s entirety.
