Arthur Rotary was entertained last Thursday with a program given by ALAH senior Dustin Hodge on his upcoming June 2027 Illinois Ambassadors of Music European tour.
Dustin was selected to represent Illinois as a percussionist, along with 200 other students, to play in some of the most iconic churches in Europe. They will visit England, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland on their 15 day tour. Dustin is eager to experience this tour not only as a musician, but as an Arthur Ambassador, embracing the chance for a meaningful cultural exchange.
The cost of the trip is $9,683, and Dustin is working hard to earn money for his trip. He is collecting metal to recycle locally, going to be working in a friend’s food truck, holding bake sales, and continuing to work for the park district.

If you have any questions, Dustin can be reached at [email protected]. Dustin is the son of Nikki and Dan Hodge and an Arthur native.
Another ALAH student, Anna Rawlins, has also been chosen to be a part of this group.
